"Seven Questions Guiding Records Management Strategy & Implementation" presents the key questions to address business needs and the essential questions that inform management of the recorded information resource.
This web seminar encourages a management perspective to be taken by records management practitioners. Some knowledge of the RIM domain is assumed.
Also included in this session is a model illustrating the relationship between RIM and the knowledge extraction concept espoused by Nonaka and others. The session is informed by IRM Strategies' knowledge resource management model and the borad experience of John James O'Brien, Certified Records Manager.
